Meet the presenter
Joseph McCarthy is a Principal Regulatory Consultant and TSG’s lead Canadian Agent. With over 20 years of experience, Joe specializes in Canadian consumer and commercial regulatory affairs. Joe provides service and solutions to clients for a variety of conventional, non-conventional, and pesticide device products in Canada. Joe has a keen understanding of Canadian regulation including the Pest Control Products Act, Fertilizers Act, and New Substance Notification Regulations.
Joe holds a BSc in Chemistry and Environmental Sciences.
