File your EPA annual establishment report before the 2021 deadline

December 03, 2020

The annual reporting deadline for pesticide and pesticide device producing facilities is steadily approaching. On March 1, 2021. Establishment reports are due to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) per Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 7. The reports cover production that occurred in the previous calendar year.

All individuals with active EPA Registered Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments are required to file reports, this includes both domestic and foreign establishments. Even if your facility did not produce any pesticides in the 2020 calendar year, you are still required to file a report to remain active. Failure to report may result in enforcement action from the EPA.

Have questions regarding your establishment? EPA asks you to contact your Regional Pesticide Establishment Coordinator as a resource.
