* Terms & Conditions of Prize Draw

The Promoter is: Technology Sciences Group Consulting Limited (“TSG”) (company no. 08887436) whose registered office is at Harston Mill, Harston, Cambridge, CB22 7GG, UNITED KINGDOM

The prize draw is open to registered delegates of The BCPC Congress 2020 aged 18 years or over. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Employees of the Promoter, The British Crop Protection Council (BCPC), their group companies, family members or anyone else connected in any way with The BCPC Congress 2020, the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw, shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.

Entrants must submit their completed surveys by 23:59 GMT on Monday 30 November 2020 and include their name and email address in the required fields. By submitting their name and email address, entrants confirm that they have the permission of the organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw. Any incomplete surveys or entries received after this time will be discounted. Entries with incomplete contact information will also be discounted.

There is one prize – a £25 Amazon gift voucher. The winner will be drawn at random after the closing date by an independent person from all the entries received. The winner will be notified by email within one week of the closing date.

If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within one week of the closing date; or (ii) the winner does not respond to the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the competition and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the 30 November 2020.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner’s name and country can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
