Join us for an insightful webinar exploring the regulatory landscape and best practices for pesticide devices across four major regions: Canada, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Chaired by Abigail Wacek, Managing Director of TSG North America, the webinar will be delivered by our regulatory experts Jonathan Walsh, Joe McCarthy and Samantha Walker.
Our experts will guide you through Health Canada’s PMRA (Canada), FIFRA and EPA guidelines for pesticide device registration, exemptions, and regulation (US), and ECHA's biocide approval processes (EU & UK). We’ll provide a comprehensive overview of the policies, regulations, authorization processes, and compliance requirements governing the use, import, and export of pesticide devices in these regions.
While we use the term pesticides for the US and Canada, please note for EU and UK registrations, this webinar will focus on biocide products.
