Join us for an insightful webinar on the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Chaired by Senior Regulatory Consultant Pete Stevenson and delivered by Principal Consultant Steven Buchanan and Regulatory Consultant Manuela Petrisor, this webinar will provide valuable guidance on Chemical Data Reporting.

The CDR rule mandates manufacturers (including importers) to provide EPA with information on the production and use of chemicals in commerce every four years. With the 2024 reporting cycle underway, it’s crucial to stay informed.

Our TSG specialists will delve into the background of the rule, its impact, and the necessary reporting details.
