January 16 deadline for 2024 annual pesticide registration maintenance fees | US EPA
Yesterday, January 3, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the annual pesticide registration maintenance fees for 2024. As per FIFRA section 4(i)(1)(A), registrants are mandated to remit the annual maintenance fee for their pesticide registrations by the deadline.
To ensure compliance, fees must be paid by Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Non-compliance with this requirement may lead to the cancellation of a pesticide product registration.
The Agency has maintained last year's rate of $4,875 per product. Discounts and waivers are available in certain circumstances.
