What is the General Food Law?
The GFL is a significant piece of EU legislation that impacts plant protection product regulation by amending the rules on confidential business information and trade secrets. It also puts significant obligations on applicants to register new studies before they begin.
Entering into force on 27 March 2021, companies have just over a year to ensure they are compliant.
